Check In

Once you have made a booking and received a receipt you are confirmed on our flight. However we would like to advise you that due to winter weather or occasionally technical problems with the aircraft your flight could be postponed or even cancelled due to these problems, which would be beyond our scheduling control. 

Check In for your flight must be made by telephone the day before flight between 1400 to 1600 hours (2-4pm) to reconfirm your flight reporting time and to obtain your contact telephone number in case we are delayed or the flight cancelled. Passengers showing up after the advised reporting time may not be able to board the flight.

Kabul International Airport: 

Beginning March 1st 2011, if you are departing from Kabul, please use your E-Pass to clear security and to report to the Domestic Terminal at or before your reporting time.  Our passenger handler, Masoud, will meet you on the other side of the first bagage scanner and assist you through the final checkpoint and to our passenger waiting area.  Masoud phone: 0790 692693.


We would also like to remind you that our baggage allowance is 20 kgs – any excess must be pre-booked and is subject to available weight and space on your flight. 


You must pre-book all cargo and you must bring it to the airport.  Please call and check in the day before the flight to receive your reporting time.  Cargo departing Kabul that is unacompanied to its destination and larger than an A4 box should be brought to the airport the day before eparture.  Unaccompanied cargo arriving in Kabul that is larger than an A4 box will require a $20 processing fee and coordination with the booking office to pick it up at a later date in Park C.

A photo ID is required to board all aircraft.
