Seat Bookings

Booking cancellations may be made any time by simply informing the PACTEC booking office by phone, e-mail, or in person. In order to receive a FULL refund for the booked seat, a cancellation must be received in writing on the cancellation form more than SEVEN WORKING DAYS BEFORE THE FLIGHT. A 50% refund will be given for cancellations received 3 to 7 working days before the flight. No refund will be given for cancellations received less than 3 working days prior to a flight. A $25 cancellation fee applies for any cancellation made.

Charter Bookings

In order to receive a full refund for a Charter flight, a cancellation must be received in writing on the cancellation form no later than 3 working days prior to the flight. A 50% refund will be given for cancellations received 1 to 2 working days prior to the flight. No refund will be given for cancellations received on the day of the flight. A $25 cancellation fee applies for any cancellation made.

4. How do I book a seat?

You can call our office to determine seat availability. Then you can come by our office to pay cash or if you have an account you can simply email your booking form to our office. For detailed instructions go to our Booking page.

5. Why do you not fly commercially or for the general public?

PACTEC has been providing flight and communication support to the NGO community in Afghanistan since 1998. Our agreement with the Government of Afghanistan and with our financial donors does not allow us to implement commercial operations on behalf of the general public.

8. Why do you not fly the military?

All passengers must be associated with an NGO or agencies involved in humanitarian activity. Guns, concealed or otherwise, or military personnel are not allowed on humanitarian assistance flights. Our agreement with the Government of Afghanistan and with our financial donors does not allow us to fly military personnel or equipment.
